Instant Pot Peach Pie Moonshine

Ingredients

1 64 oz bottles peach white grape juice

1 15 oz cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

4 cinnamon sticks

1/2 of a 750 ml bottle everclear

1/2 of a 750 ml bottle peach schnapps

Directions

Combine the juice and the peaches w/syrup.

Add in the sugar and the cinnamon sticks.

Turn on Saute feature to start warming the mixture.

Once sugars are all dissolved, cover the pot and turn to sealing.

Set your pot to manual high pressure for 45 minutes. Do a natural release

Let mixture cool completely (DO NOT PROCEED WITH ANY STEPS UNTIL MIXTURE IS ROOM TEMPERATURE TO COOL)

Add in Everclear.

Add in the Peach Schnapps

Fill a mason jar.

Close the lid tightly. Continue until all of your mason jars are filled with moonshine.

Put pretty ribbon on and give the gift of love this year.

Notes

This recipe can be doubled

If you can not find peach white grape juice, you can use a 64 oz bottles of white grape juice and 1 cup of peach nectar.
